The Program

The Koinonia Kids Camp program is a 5 day residential style camp, which involves a combination of outdoor adventure activities, games and challenges, talks from a speaker, small group discussions, leader testimonies and shared meals. The aim of the week is to bring each of the children into a positive, supportive environment in which they can feel safe and cared for, many for the first time in their lives. These camps are also designed to tell the children and young people about God and His love for them, and the fact that He has a plan for each one of their lives. Through the adventure activities, children are encouraged to overcome fears and step out of their comfort zone to achieve things they didn’t think they were capable of, and to learn skills that will transfer to their daily life; to equip them for their future. The adventure activities include: rock climbing, abseiling, vertical challenges, surf lessons, archery, canoeing games & much more.
