Vertical Challenges

Vertical Challenges is a series of 3 high rope initiatives on Koinonia’s 10m tower. Participants are briefed on the equipment and assisted to put on a harness and helmet. 2 participants can climb at once while being belayed by a team of participants on the ground. Connecting 2 participants together with a chord while they climb can increase the challenge; this is great for adding a team initiative. At the conclusion of the session a debrief is given on stepping outside your comfort zone to achieve something you didn’t think you were capable of.
