Initiatives / Team Building

Students participate in a range of group challenges that focus on team involvement, leadership and initiative. These activities involve a combination of equipment such as parachutes, balls, ropes, hoops etc, and these challenges will teach participants that every member of the team has an important role to play and the aspects that are necessary for a successful team including trust, communication and leadership.
