Abseiling

Participants are briefed on the equipment used and assisted to put on a harness and helmet. Participants ascend to the top of the adventure tower while being belayed by a team of participants on the ground. A teacher is required to supervise the belaying team. Abseiling is done on a 10m wall with a safety rope and instruction from a qualified instructor. At the conclusion of the session a debrief on trust is given.
